Lot 425: "Colonel Ellsworth" pitcher made by Millington, Asbury and Poulson, Trenton, N.J., 1861. Relief molded scene of the death of Colonel Ellsworth, a New York Zouave soldier who was killed in Alexandria, VA, by J.W. Hackson, proprietor of the Marshall House hotel, after removing the Confederate flag flying from he roof of the hotel. Condition: cracks in base and on one side of pitcher. 8 1/4" high, 8" wide, 7 1/2" diameter

Lot 427: Georgian oak silver chest on frame with lift lid compartment fitted with a sliding tray, c. 1770. Chest with rectangular molded lid enclosing compartment with removable divided tray over two short drawers above two graduated long drawers, stand with square legs joined by molded stretchers. Condition: some water damage at bottom of legs, original bail brasses and inlaid escutcheons, missing one bail and two escutcheons. height 16", width 25" and depth 12.5".

Condition: slight split in upper left bow, plugged holes, front legs may be ended out about 3", rear legs with plugged holes, likely had rockers once, brown paint over old green finish. 41" high, 20 1/4" wide, 17 1/4" deep
